Luscious Lemon Cheesecake
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese , softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz. or 9 inch)
- COOL WHIP Whipped Topping , thawed
- Lemon slices
Instructions:
MIX cream cheese, sugar, juice, peel and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended.
POUR into crust.
BAKE at 350 Degrees F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with COOL WHIP Whipped Topping and lemon slices.
