Pecan Tassies
Pastry:
- 1 stick of butter - 1/4 lb.
- 1 cup flour
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Filling:
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 up coarsely chopped pecans
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350F.
Mix butter, flour, and cream cheese into large ball. Divide
into 24 balls. Press each ball into midget muffin pans, forming
a mini-pastry shell. Mix filling in a separate bowl and fill each
shell. Bake 20 minutes.
