Fettucine Alfredo

• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
• 1/3 cup light cream
• 1/4 lb. butter
• 1 egg yolk, slightly beaten

Instructions:
Heat cream, butter and cheese to boiling, add egg yolk and pour over drained noodles.
