Beef-Onion-Potato Casserole



Instructions:
Cut steak into 6-8 pieces & pound to 1/4" thickness. Saute in oil.
Layer 1/2 potatoes in 9X13" pan. Season with pepper. Top with onions & 1/2 parsley. Add meat & season. Top with remaining potatoes. Add broth, cover & bake at 375 deg. for 45 minutes. Remove cover & bake 15 min. or until potatoes & meat are tender. Sprinkle with remaining parsley.
