Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix

• 3 Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
• 1 1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
• 1 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon Ground Allspice
• 1/2 teaspoon Ground Mace
• 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves

Instructions:
1. Place all ground spices in a jar, cover and shake.
2. Use as specified in your favorite baking recipes which mention pumpkin pie spice.
