Chili Con Queso
- 1 tube of Hot or Mild ground sausage
- 1 big block of Velvetta cheese
- 1 10 oz can of Rotel tomatoes
- 1 can of GOLDEN cream of mushroom (do not use the plain cream kind)
- 1 small block of Hot Velvetta cheese
Instructions:
In a frying pan, fry the sausage till browned, then drain. Transfer to a crockpot and add the rest of the ingredients. (You may want to cut up the cheese into cubes to encourage faster melting) Cook on low till fully melted stirring often. Stir well then serve with corn tortilla chips.
