Enchilada Casserole
- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 6 oz picante
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 pkg. tortillas
Instructions:
Brown meat and add soups and picante sauce. In a bowl mix cheese and onions, set aside. Tear tortillas into quarters and
make a layer covering a 9x13 baking pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Next layer meat mixture, then cheese mixture,
repeat starting with tortillas, meat and end with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
