Taco Crunch Casserole
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 16 oz. frozen sweet corn
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
- 2/3 cup water
- 8 ounces salsa
- crunched chips
- cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Brown hamburger, onion together. Add green onion after hamburger is browned and cook for short time. Add corn, taco seasoning, water and salsa. Mix all together. Spread half in casserole (11x7 or 9x13) dish. Top with crunched chips and then shredded cheese. Spread remaining meat mix on top - then add cheese then chips. Bake until it's hot...20 minutes or so at 350. Serve immediately.
