Mexican Stew
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 small jar taco sauce
- 1 small jar Pace Picante sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
Instructions:
Brown ground beef and chopped onoion. Drain if needed. Transfer to a large sauce pan. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer until hot...about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve over crushed doritoes and top with shredded cheese. Double the recipe for a crowd! Choose mild, medium, or HOT - whatever your taste can handle!!
