Steak Creole
- 1 round steak, cut into pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
To make the Roux:
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup flour
- water
Instructions:
Brown steak in oil. Remove. Make roux. Add onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic. Saute. Add water and other ingredients to desired thickness. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until steak is fork tender. Serve over rice.
