Key Lime Pie #3
- 4 oz key lime juice
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 eggs (separated)
- 1 graham cracker crust
- green or yellow food coloring (optional)
- meringue (optional)
Instructions:
Empty the milk into a bowl and add the egg yolks, mix together, then add the juice until thoroughly mixed then add one or two drops of food coloring if you want. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool completely before putting on
meringue then put in refrigerator.
