Maple-Pecan Pie
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup pecan pieces
- 3/4 cup corn syrup
- 10 or more pecan halves for decoration
Instructions:
Blend well eggs, sugar, maple and corn syrup and vanilla. Add pecan
pieces. Put in uncooked 9" pie shell. Arrange pecan halves on top
rounded side up. Bake for 50 minutes (glass pie pan) at 350 F.
