Peanut Butter Pie
- 1 jar (16 oz.) Peanut Butter
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.), softened
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 container frozen whipped topping (8 oz.), thawed
- 1 chocolate pie crust
- 2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon shortening
Instructions:
1. Beat together cream cheese and honey until well mixed. Stir in peanut butter; mix well. Gently fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
2. Heat chocolate chips and shortening over low heat until melted; drizzle over pie. Chill 4 hours or overnight.
Serves 12 to 16
