Pecan Custard Pie
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1 Tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 cup white syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions:
Beat eggs well. Combine sugar and flour and stir into eggs. Heat milk and butter until butter is melted and add to eggs with syrup, salt and vanilla.
Mix well; stir in pecans.
Pour into an unbaked 10-inch pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
