Pecan Pie
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 1 cup pecans
Instructions:
Mix all but pecans together until smooth. Then add pecans. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes
This is a favorite for Thanksgiving and Christmas. you can use pre-made pie crust if you wish.
