Praline Pumpkin Pie #2
- 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon pumpkin pie spices
- 1 1/2 cup cooked, drained pumpkin or canned pumpkin
- 1 1/2 cup cream, heated
Instructions:
Combine pecans, 1/3 cup brown sugar and butter. Press
into bottom of pie shell. Prick sides of shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until filling sets. Cool.
