Buttermilk Pie
Buttermilk Pie
- 3 Cups Sugar
- 6 Tablespoons Flour
- 6 Eggs
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
- 2 Sticks of butter, melted
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 Unbaked pie shells
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake for 10 minutes at 400°F. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake for 45 minutes.
Makes 2 pies.
Note: This recipes makes two pies, so if you want just one,
the recipe can be easily halved.
