Key lime Pie #3
- 1-10 inch baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust (I personally prefer the latter)
- 6 egg yolks
- 1-8 oz. bottle key lime juice
- 2-14 oz. cans sweetened condensed milk
- green or yellow food coloring (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven 325 degrees. Beat egg yolks and milk. Stir in lime juice. If you want to
change the color just stir in a couple of drops food coloring. Pour into prepared crust (no
need to prepare the graham one) and bake 40 minutes. Take and out and cool then chill
in fridge. Smother on cool whip for extra texture and taste or make meringue and top it
with that.
