No-Fail Pie Crust





Instructions:
Blend cream cheese and butter. Stir in flour, sugar, and salt until dough comes together easily. Form in to a round disk. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour. Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface to a 1/4 inch thickness. transfer dough t0 9-inch pie plate.
Makes 1 9-inch pie crust
