Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix

• 3 Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
• 1 1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
• 1 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon Ground Allspice
• 1/2 teaspoon Ground Mace
• 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves

Instructions:
1. Place all ground spices in a jar, cover and shake.
2. Use as specified in your favorite baking recipes which mention pumpkin pie spice.

This spice mix is great to have on hand for holiday baking. Use as specified in your recipes calling for pumpkin pie spice.
