Spiced Pumpkin Pie with Praline and Cream
- 1 deep dish 9" piecrust-baked
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 1/2 cups half and half
- 1 lb. can pumpkin
Instructions:
Prepare and bake pie shell. Combine the remaining ingredients and beat until
blended. Pour mixture into prepared pie shell. Place pie on a cookie
sheet and bake in a 350 oven for 40 minutess. Spread praline pecan topping
carefully on the top and continue baking for about 10 or 15 mins, until
done.
Praline Pecan Topping:
stir together.
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
