Baked Chicken Salad
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 and 1/2 cup chopped celery slices
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon salt
- enough mayonnaise to moisten
- 1 and 1/2 cups crushed potato chips
Instructions:
Mix celery, chicken, 1/2 cup cheese, onion, lemon juice, seasonings and enough mayo to moisten it real well. Mix lightly, spoon into a 1 1/2 quart dish. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Top with combined remainingcheese and chips bake till cheese melts!!
NOTE: Sour Cream and Cheddar potato chips makes it incredibly delicious!
