Blue Cheese Dressing
- 1 pkg. blue cheese (as desired, usually about 4 oz.)
- 1-2 pints sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons garlic wine vinegar
- 1/2-1 teaspoon (approximately) sugar
- freshly ground pepper and salt to taste
- 1-2 Tablespoons milk, cream or half and half
- 1-2 cloves garlic
Instructions:
Mash cheese until chunky (the more cheese, the stronger the dressing). Add sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to
taste. Add milk to thin until it is the consistency desired. Taste and add additional ingredients, if necessary.
