Crunchy Tuna Salad
- 2 Cups Fat Free Cottage Cheese
- 1 Can (6 1/4 Oz) Tuna In Water, Drained And Flaked
- 1/4 Cup Carrot, Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Celery, Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dill Weed
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Pita Bread, Cut In 1/2 Or Triangles
- Tomato Wedges
- Cucumber Slices
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients except pita breads, tomato and cucumber. Fill each
pita half with tuna mixture, tomato and cucumber or arrange tomato and
cucumber and pita triangles on 4 serving plates; top with tuna mixture.
