Asparagus
- Two bunches of asparagus, cleaned and cut up
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
Instructions:
Boil one minute in salted water the asparagus.
Drain and allow to cool in refrigerator. When cool, toss with:
the soy sauce and sesame oil.
You may substitute broccoli or fresh green beans for the
asparagus.
