English Pea Casserole
- 1 can sweet peas (English Peas)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- sliced chunk Velveeta cheese
- 10 or so slices of white bread, crust removed and cut into triangles
- 1 stick butter
Instructions:
Mix peas and soup together. Pour into a casserole dish. Layer water chestnuts on top. Place pieces of velvetta cheese on top of that. Dip bread trangles into melted butter. Place on top of cheese. Bake at 325 degrees until bread is brown.
