Summer Squash Casserole
- 1 cupmargarine
- 1 16oz. box herb stuffing mix
- 5 cupsgrated summer squash
- 2 medium onions chopped
- 2 carrots grated
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 8oz. carton sour cream
Instructions:
Roll stuffing to make fine crumbs. Melt margarine and mix with crumbs. Put 1/2 crumbs on bottom of a 9x13 pan. Pour squash mixture on top of crumbs, top with remaining crumbs mixture. Bake at 325 for 1 hour
