Sweet Potato Casserole #4
- 5 lbs. Sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 4 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
Beat together potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, salt, 5 tablespoons butter, and vanilla. Pour into very shallow buttered pan. Mix together brown sugar, flour, pecans. Cut in 4 tablespoons butter. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes.
