Crunchy Honey Chicken Nuggets - two berries

I found this online for a healthy alternative to breaded chicken nuggets. Now I don't want it any other way!

Ingredients

1 boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 tbsp Grape Nuts or other barley nugget cereal, crushed
1 tsp parmesan cheese
1 tsp parsley flakes
honey

Cooking

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Put all ingredients except chicken and honey in a plastic bag. Drop a few pieces of chicken in at a time and shake bag to coat pieces.
  3. Place coated pieces on cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil and sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Drizzle each piece of chicken with honey.
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees.
  6. Serve with rice and salad.
