CROCK POT SWISS STEAK

2 lbs  round steak
1  med onion -- chopped
Flour
2 cups beef bouillon

Cut round steak into serving-size pieces:  Dredge in flour and brown in oil in large skillet.  Place browned meat in crock-pot.  Saute onion and add to crock-pot.  Pour bouillon over meat and cook for 6 to 8 hours on
low (4 to 6 hours on high).  Serves 6 to 8 people.
