VEG ALL CASSEROLE OR SOUP
1 lb. hamburger 1 large onion Brown them together and drain
ADD: 3 cans of VegAll or any brand mixed vegetables (drained for casserole or include the liquid for soup) 2 cups tomato juice or tomatoes (for casserole or 1 to 2 qts. juice or tomatoes for soup)
If making casserole, put in 9 X13 pan and and place in 400 degreeoven until hot. Use either 2 cans of biscuits or make Bisquick biscuits and place on top of hot vegetable mixture. Bake until biscuits are browned.
FOR SOUP: Bring to boil and serve. I usually make biscuits to go with the soup.
