Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine chicken soup, milk, onions, pepper, 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, and potatoes. (While you are slicing the potatoes put them in the mixture right away so they don't turn brown.) Mix everything together and pour into a 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Dot the top with the margarine and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until fork tender. |
