SWISS STEAK IN THE CROCKPOT |

| Cut across the steak about 1/4 inch thick and place in the crockpot. In a large bowl mix tomato puree, Worcestershire Sauce, cornstarch, tomato paste, pepper, green pepper, mushrooms and onion soup mix. Take a whisk and mix thoroughly. Pour over the steak in the crockpot. Cover and cook on low setting 7 or 8 hours. |
| (This is a great meal for a busy day. Start it in the morning and all you have to do is make some rice or egg noodles and a salad and you have your whole meal!) |
