CROCKPOT BEEF STEW WITH STEWED TOMATOES |

| Cut steak into big chunks and place in crockpot. Peel and quarter potatoes and place on top of meat. Place carrots on top of potatoes. In a large bowl mix, V-8 juice, beef broth, stewed tomatoes, onions and garlic. Pour over meat, potatoes and carrots in the crockpot. Cook on low for about 10 hours. Right before serving drain liquid and place in a pot on the stove. Add cornstarch to thicken and pour thickened mixture back into the crockpot. Now your ready to serve your beef stew. |
