SMOTHERED CHICKEN

(This is great over rice or egg noodles!)

Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can french onion soup
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 pound of mushrooms, sliced
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.  In a large bowl mix all the other ingredients.  Pour the mixture over the chicken.  Cover and cook on low for 6 or 7 hours.

(Very easy and taste great!)
