After two weeks of studying about pilgrims, indians and Thanksgiving Day, the two-way bilingual immersion clases got together to
celebrate. The four classrooms were set up with stations. There were also two story stations (one in English and one in
Spanish) and a station in the cafeteria. The children rotated through the stations and created indian vests, headbands, necklaces
and cracker turkeys, plus worked on patterns and listened to stories. It was a fun and busy morning!

Después de dos semanas de estudiar sobre los peregrinos, los indios y el Día de Gracias, los alumnos del programa de
inmersión bilingüe se unieron para celebrar. Se montaron estaciones en los cuatro salones. Hubo también, dos estaciones
en donde escuchar cuentos (uno en inglés y otro en español) y una estación en la cafetería. Los niños rotaron por las
estaciones y crearon chalecos indios, plumas para adornar sus cabezas, collares y pavos de galleta además de trabajar con
patrones y escuchar cuentos. ¡Fue una mañana divertida y ocupada! |
