Anything of your choice. Great for marinating & sautéing. Available in mild and hot.

The History

Diana's Hot Sauce is not your typical red hot sauce in a bottle. This hot sauce is a thicker sauce that has been in existence for decades. It is made with only natural ingredients. Over the decades, Diana's Hot Sauce has spread through the UK, USA, Europe, Canada and other parts of the world.  

Ghana Sheto originally came about when people wanted a simple but flavorful condiment for their dishes. Eventually, it spread to other areas of cooking & flavoring dishes. The natural flavor of the sauce gives deep seasoning to dishes. Every step of the sauce is patiently cooked under a slow open fire. 

The ingredients?   

Ingredients include olive oil, garlic, ginger, turmeric, pepper, smoked herring, onions & tomatoes. Only fresh ingredients are used for this authentic sauce. Anything else is unacceptable.  Diana's Hot Sauce does not contain any preservatives, artificial flavorings or colorings.
