“Car Wash” Fundraiser |

What is it?A car wash is held once or twice a year when the weather is hot – once at the very beginning of the school year and, sometimes, at the very end. If the weather cooperates, car washes are probably the most FUN a fundraiser can be. How does it work?A location is recruited for the car wash and a Saturday date is selected. Participating NRHS FOM student members can sign up for any number of hours washing vehicles. A record is kept of how many hours each participant works. How do Nashoba music students benefit?Total participant hours worked are divided into total receipts to obtain an hourly “wage”. Each participant is then “paid” for his/her hour(s) of service. Payment is made directly into each participant’s Student FOM Activity Account. |
