“Spirit & Musical Gift Table” Fundraiser

What is it? “The Table” sells a variety of music-related gift items and Nashoba Spirit items at a variety of venues, and puts a “face” on NRHS Friends of Music, increasing our visibility as an entity that supports the music program. How does it work? “The Table” is set up at all music department events and home football games, and can be set up at plays and other school events as appropriate. In the 2003, “The Table” was able to set up at three Nashoba performances of Symphony Pro Musica. · One to two volunteers are needed to man “The Table”. · For a concert or a play, “The Table” is officially open for 30 minutes before showtime, during the intermission, and for 30 minutes after the show. · During the football season, “The Table” is open from 30 minutes pre-game to 30 minutes post-game for all home games, and also acts as the staging area for the 50/50 raffle What’s for sale? “The Table” sells a variety of music-related gift items, from pencils to pins, bookmarks to ornaments, ties to t-shirts; notepads to mousepads. Nashoba Spirit items available may include spirit beads, megaphones, and water bottles (seasonally). Special orders? Contact FOM for additional information.
