The British Country Music Awards for 1999 were announced on BBC Radio 2 on 25 March, with the winners receiving notification by post the next day. The awards are run by a committee of The British Country Music Association, The British Bluegrass Music Association, Country Music People magazine, Stuart Hobday and David Bower(CMA).
The awards are split into international and British categories and are as follows, with the winner in each category listed first followed by the other nominees.
