The location for the 20th reunion of the USS KASKASKIA (AO27) REUNION ASSOC. is Rapid City, South Dakota, from Wednesday, September 16 through Sunday, September 19, 2009. The hotel is Alex Johnson Hotel (1-800-888-2539) in the heart of downtown Rapid City, be sure to tell reservations that you are with the (Group #1098) USS KASKASKIA MILITARY REUNION (SPECIAL GROUP RATE IS $413 based on Sunday arrival and a Thursday departure. Tour is available to a Memorial Service at the Black Hills National Cemetery, a drive through Spearfish Canyon and the Spearfish Canyon Scenic Byway, through Lead (home of Black Hills Gold) arriving at Deadwood for evening meal (on your own), gambling, shopping, etc. then return to hotel.
