| On a former plantation the Tremere set up their chantry. The Nashville Chantry is the main chantry in the clan's Southeast region. Lord Garelius resides here, but Regent Michael Heidelman calls most of the shots locally. |

| This is the former home of Gangrel elder Col. Douglas Clancy, a Civil War officer. He was destroyed in 1997 in the aftermath of his alliance with a Gangrel antidiluvian. |

| Nashville Zoo at Grassmere |

| Grassmere Wildlife Park recently expanded and incorporated the Nashville Zoo onto its grounds, largely due to pressure by the Gangrel to dispose of the old zoo which had resided too near Lupine territory, northwest of the city. |
| Radnor Lake State Park |

| The Radnor Lake State Park holds the Arthur Dyer Observatory which is hotly sought after by the Tremere. They claim to want it for its scientific value and its proximity to the chantry. Some believe, however, that by seizing control of the observatory, the Tremere would snuff out the local influence of the Technocracy. |

| Since Roman Gaetan became Prince, he and the Toreadors have been keenly interested in this area. The Botanical Gardens and Fine Arts Center is just north of the park, but the park is rumored to be a major hot-spot of Lupine activity. Supposedly, even the Gangrel refuse to go here. |
