Mortal Gangs

The Nines run the streets in north Nashville (see map). They were run by Acid D before his reported demise. He ghouled several of his lieutenants, and even though they were decimated by a war with the Black Dragons, they appear to be gaining strength again.
Rumors have it that Acid D may not be deceased, but there are no confirmed reports one way or the other. If he is gone, there's a good chance that some other Kindred is running the show.

Perhaps the top gang in the city right now, the Black Dragons dealt a serious blow to their chief rival, the Nines, in a turf war that reportedly cost the Nines boss his unlife. The Dragons are run by another Brujah, Kasashi Mitsukine. A native of mainland China, Kasashi recruits martial artists, and he requires instruction of all his members.
The Dragons run the south side of the city, and after the turf war, they run most of the west side and downtown. Downtown is the most contested spot, however, receiving a lot of attention from all three gangs.

The Vipers are the smallest of the three gangs, but not by much. As far as anyone knows, this gang is not run by any Kindred. However, they have grown in size over the past few years, and they have recently stepped up their attacks on rival territory. The Vipers run east Nashville and control much of the riverfront.
