Story: Sometime in the not so distant future humans decide to purify themselves by slaying all cyborgs, mutants and all sorts of other irregularities and they send all the criminals off to colonize a planet not far outside our solar system. Computers screw up and they land 29 years away traveling almost at the speed of light at a different solar system, ruled by the kind but powerful PROTOSS. The humans call themselves TERRANS and begin depleting resources very quickly. The ZERG, a race of insectoid-like creatures begins an invasion of the sector. They infest the terran colonies and the terrans don’t even realize it. The protoss do however, and fire on the infected areas. The terrans are very freighted about the appearance of TWO new alien races, and this is where the game begins… this is taking up too much space so ill just say go play the damn game. Score 18/20

Graphics: Starcraft graphics probably don’t seem good at all in comparison to other games (only 2d) you must remember that its was made in 1996, so if you keep that in mind they are not bad at all. Score 17/20

Sound: you don’t really notice the music that much, especially since there is only 6 songs to my knowledge. The terran songs can be pretty catchy thoughScore 18/20

Gameplay: the most important part of the game for this type of genre, which is RTS. There are three playable races, terran protoss and zerg. Each one is unique; there is not a single unit that all three races have, and they are all balanced, no one is too powerful against any other. IT is an RTS, so you basically build units, send them at the enemy and manage them. Managing your economy is also an important part of the game. Score 20/20

Fun: I find this game very fun, but many people seem to think it’s boring. If you like age of empires though, it should be satisfactory in the fun department. Score: 20/20

FINAL SCORE: 93/100, definitely a recommended game.
