The Israeli Final was held on April 1st at the Cinerama in Tel-Aviv, hosted by Yoram Arbel & Yardena Arazi who represented Israel in ESC 1976 as part of the trio Chocolate Menta Mastik. The winner was chosen by the votes of 8 regional juries, plus a jury that consisted of the audience in the Cinerama.
