The semi-finals were all hosted by Bart Peeters at the VRT TV Studios
in Schelle. The winning song from each semi-final qualified directly to the
final along with the 3 highest scoring runners-up. The voting consisted of
5 juries, however the televoting counted for 1/3 of the overall vote, with
the other 4 juries counting for 1/6:
"Expert" jury of 7 people
Radio 2 jury (50% televoting, 50% employees)
Radio Donna jury (50% televoting, 50% employees)
European jury of people from the participating countries in ESC 2002
