"On again...off again" - Julie & Ludwig
The Maltese Final was held on February 13th & 14th at the Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta, hosted by Andrea Cassar and Ray Calleja. The winner was chosen by an "expert" jury (50%) and televoting (50%). Olivia Lewis was the favourite of the jury and Julie & Ludwig were the televoters favourite.
