If I hungered your death-
Would you be afraid to show me?
Would you hold it all against me?
In this misery of life?

If I craved your sadness,
Could you only shun me?
Could you lock me up and stun me?
In this twilight known as dark?

If I needed all your pain-
Would you gladly give it?
Would you happily show it?
In this madness know as bliss?

If I wanted your sweet sorrow,
Should you only deny me?
Should you grab and shake me?
In this agony known as fear?

If I lusted for your anger-
Could you hold on and adore me?
Could you slowly grow to love me?
In this instance we call fate?

If I desired al your hatred,
Would you surely show me?
Could you only show me?
Should you always show me?
In this puzzle we call life?
