My Best Day by © thethunderwoman My best day......forget it, it was a time period that is my best memory! lol  When I first met my new husband....I had friends living in an RV in his driveway. Two years ago the hurricane destroyed their home....their very distant cousin said...come on over and park awhile! They did and I went to see them there...just to make sure they were really okay. Shortly after I got there Waya came out of the house, walked down the sidewalk, and i could see him from where I sat in the RV visiting. I never saw his face!?! Instead I saw us, he and I walking hand in hand, old, stooped, and in the woods ...walking along a path togehter as old ones! Now this took me back, made me push at him all weekend! I wanted to know who this man was that Creator had this 'vision' to show me about....but he was not forthcoming, he clammed up...tight! lol Well I avoided him and my friends for 3 full months, made one excuse after another....then one day I was on the internet, and he and i  started to talk, we shared all kinds of things. He lived 2 hours away from me and spontaneously decided to come over for lunch....which he  did! Just picked up and came over in the middle of the day! I thought 'Crazy Man, what is he up to?'.......needless to say I ran and showered and prettied up the best an old lady can do......the rest is history! On our wedding day, all 6 of our kids helped in the ceremony (which only started three hours late!). It started out rainy, and it was an outdoor wedding.....totally open, no tents, no gazebo...nothing. By the time we finally got started the rain was gone, the wet was mostly dried and the temperature was perfect...just a slight breeze to keep bugs away from the food! It was a beautiful ceremony...very traditional, but performed by a catholic bishop (who is a dear friend) just to appease my Catholic mom! He had called the tribal headquarteers in OK and received permission to do the traditional ceremony. So this is my best memory..it just spanned many days! lol Thunder
