Peas & Egg Curry

        • Hard boiled eggs- 5 (cut into 2 lengthwise)
        • Fresh green peas- 3/4 cup
        • Onions- 3 (finely chopped)
        • Tomatoes- 2 (finely chopped)
        • Crushed garlic- 6 cloves
        • Green chilies- 4 (finely chopped)
        • Cinnamon- 1 stick
        • Bay leaves- 2
        • Cloves- 2
        • Cardamoms- 2
        • Salt
        • Oil- 4 tablespoons

        Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves, cardamoms and garlic, green chilies for couple of minutes. Add the onions and fry until golden. Then add the tomatoes and green peas and cook until he peas are soft. Now add the halved eggs slowly. Cook for few minutes and remove from heat. Serve hot.
